Church Planting
Church planters serve on the front lines of Crossover Global’s work among unreached people groups. They build relationships, share the Gospel, disciple new believers, and help establish churches where there is little or no existing church presence.There are two types of church planters:
Church Planter Multiplier:This role is for those called to cross cultures, enter new communities, and help see local churches take root and multiply among their own people.
Church Planter Pioneer: This role is for those called to plant churches among Unengaged Unreached People Groups/Frontier People who need pioneers to go.
Resource
Resource teammates help equip local leaders, church planters, and churches with the training, tools, and materials they need to serve effectively in their own context. Their work strengthens discipleship, leadership development, and the growth of healthy local churches.This area is for those who love to teach, develop resources, mentor leaders, or create practical tools that help others serve with clarity and confidence.
Support
Support teammates help Crossover Global advance its global mission by serving in areas such as communication, administration, fundraising, technology, and other roles that keep the organization moving forward with clarity and excellence.This area is for people who want to use their skills, creativity, organization, and problem-solving abilities to support the work among the unreached and help the global team serve more effectively.

No prior experience is required. We work with candidates from a wide range of backgrounds and help them find the role where their gifts and calling fit best.

Most teammates do raise personal ministry support. Our team will walk alongside you through the process and provide guidance every step of the way.
